Well… this episode feels like a breather from the previous ep. This was also heavy on the dialogue, and that we’ve seen more of the character’s personalities this time around.
Yep, the Okarin was supposed to meet with the mysterious Titor, who claims to be a time-traveller and that the he is going to stop CERN SERN from monopolizing time travel research.
They discover which looks like an incomprehensible amount of data in SERN’s database, which apparenly can only be decoded by an ancient machine by IBN.
Not much action or revelation in this episode, but it was fun watching the dynamics of Okarin and Makise together. 😀
