Singapore – 20th March, 2025 – Singapore-based publisher Soft Source is proud to announce our partnership with Saudi Arabian development studio Starvania to publish Bahamut and the Waqwaq Tree. We are excited to support a project that incorporates Arabian culture with an immersive and stylized narrative experience.
We are excited to announce we are bringing Bahamut and the Waqwaq Tree to Steam on 8th May 2025, with console versions coming in Q3 2025. We are looking forward to working alongside Starvania to ensure Bahamut and the Waqwaq Tree delivers the best experience to players of all cultures, worldwide.
Bahamut and the Waqwaq Tree is a puzzle adventure game deeply rooted in Arabian mythology. Where two mythical creatures are keeping the harmony and balance of the light and darkness within the ocean.
Dive into Ma’een, a stunning underwater realm; a once-thriving ocean, Ma’een is now corrupted by enigmatic dark entities. It’s now up to you to explore the vast cosmic sea, and harness the power of light to dispel the dark, restore the ocean’s radiance, and uncover the mystery of an ancient kingdom
