July 17, 2024 – SEGA is pleased to announce that Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- Sweep the Board!, produced by Aniplex released today on PlayStation®4, PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Steam®. SEGA is handling the distribution of the digital editions on all platforms and the physical edition of the PlayStation®5 version in Asia.
Genya Shinazugawa and Kanao Tsuyuri have stepped onto the board as new playable characters via a free update on all platforms! Additionally, players can enjoy a variety of newly added stamps and wallpapers!
Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- Sweep the Board! continues the fun after the free update! Venture into the world of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc with Board Six, which will be available before the end of 2024!

Overview
Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- Sweep the Board! transforms the 2019 anime adaptation of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba into a lively offline and online board game experience, featuring boards inspired by the world of the series! During the day, roll the dice to move across the board, completing events and minigames as you prepare for nightfall. During the nighttime phase, outshine your fellow Demon-Slayer swordsmen by hunting down as many demons as possible.
Immerse Yourself in the World of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba in this Digital Tabletop Adventure!
Prominent locations from the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba anime, such as Mount Fujikasane, Asakusa, the Mugen Train, and the Swordsmith Village, will show up on the board!
Choose Your favorite Demon-Slayer swordsman and use their Slayer’s Dice!
In addition to Tanjiro Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma, Inosuke Hashibira, and the 9 Hashira, the free update has brought Genya Shinazugawa and Kanao Tsuyuri onto the board. This makes for a total of 14 playable characters to enjoy!
Each Demon-Slayer swordsman possesses their own Slayer’s Dice that grants powerful effects unique to each member. Once used, it’ll takes three turns before it can be used again, so make sure to pick the right timing to maximize its effect. If another Demon-Slayer swordsman becomes your ally, you will be able to use their Slayer’s Dice in addition to your own.
Tackle a variety of minigames!
As the game progresses, players will participate in a number of minigames, ranging from 4-player free-for-alls to 2-on-2 team battles. At night, demons—including powerful foes like Akaza and Hantengu will appear on some of the squares, allowing you to challenge them in combat-based minigames and face off against them as a 4-player team.
