November 20, 2023 – SEGA has shared more details about the Job Change System in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth (PlayStation®4, PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows, Steam), slated for release on January 26, 2024.
Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth is a dramatic RPG that depicts the series’ most compelling tale to date. Two beloved characters take the spotlight as dual protagonists in this adventure—Ichiban Kasuga, a man who rises from rock bottom once again, and Kazuma Kiryu, who faces one final battle as he enters his twilight years.
Experience one-of-a-kind combat with dynamic, fast-paced RPG battles where the battlefield becomes your weapon, and anything goes. With a plethora of new jobs, more in-depth customization, and plenty of ways to develop your characters. Battles have evolved into New Live Command RPG Battles with even more strategic elements. You can create the strongest party by adding new jobs, extensive customization, and training elements.
Job Change System
A ton of new jobs have been added, allowing you more freedom to customize each character’s fighting style! Try and create your ideal party by experimenting with different job combinations.
■ STARTING JOBS
Kazuma Kiryu’s Unique Job: Dragon of Dojima
Dragon of Dojima is exclusive to Kazuma Kiryu and boasts tremendous offensive capabilities. It also has the unique feature of allowing him to switch between three battle styles during combat.
Dragon of Dojima – Battle Style: Brawler
Kiryu’s signature battle style allows him to get in close and pummel his victims. He can also activate Heat Actions when needed.
Dragon of Dojima – Battle Style: Rush
This speedy style allows Kiryu to move further than usual and perform two consecutive attacks. His turns also come much faster.
Dragon of Dojima – Battle Style: Beast
The Beast style allows Kiryu to grab and fling enemies and objects around. With increased Attack and Defense, Kiryu becomes formidable even against opponents who are guarding.
Ichiban Kasuga’s Exclusive Job: Hero
Skill: Grand Liner
A versatile battle style that wields a bat to unleash a variety of offensive techniques. Additionally, the Hero can heal allies as well as boost their abilities by providing words of encouragement. A befitting job for a hero whose duty is to inspire those in their presence.
Eric Tomizawa’s Exclusive Job: Cabbie
Skill: Tire Tumbler
Armed with a wrench, the Cabbie uses his mechanical experience to manipulate electricity and water. It can leverage special techniques to
exploit enemy weaknesses and inflict debuffs on them.
Tire Tumbler plows through enemies straight ahead of the user and is most effective against densely packed enemies.
Chitose Fujinomiya’s Exclusive Job: Heiress
Skill: Grand Jeté
A battle style that utilizes various disciplines, centered around dance, to manipulate enemies.A job that possesses skills that reduce
the enemy’s Attack and Agility, making it effective against formidable opponents.
Grand Jeté knocks away enemies with a graceful leap, inflicting additional damage depending on where it’s used.
Yu Nanba’s Exclusive Job: Homeless Guy
Skill: Sizzling Spitter
A battle style that utilizes umbrellas and canes to unleash an assortment of techniques, resembling that of a magician. The Homeless Guy can manipulate fire and use pigeons to knock down enemies over a wide area. The job harnesses the unique skill set of the homeless.
The direction of Sizzling Spitter can be changed at will, allowing the user to damage multiple enemies at once.
Koichi Adachi’s Exclusive Job: Detective
Skill: Monkey Flip
A powerful battle style that utilizes batons and possesses techniques to break through the opponent’s guard. Excelling in both offense and defense, the Detective is a well-rounded job that allows the user to serve as the party’s shield.
Monkey Flip removes the enemy’s guard and deals enormous damage.
Saeko Mukoda’s Exclusive Job: Barmaid
Skill: Champagne Splashdown
A battle style that utilizes a handbag to inflict status ailments on enemies, giving the user an upper hand in battle. A highly versatile job capable of adapting to tough opponents and prolonged battles.
Champagne Splashdown is a magic attack that deals ice damage and inflicts cold on surrounding enemies.
Seonhee’s Exclusive Job: Assassin
Skill: Stentorian Whip
A battle style that utilizes needles, crossbows, and other lethal weaponry for a quick kill. The Assassin utilizes whips and projectiles to render enemies immobile and deprive them of opportunities to attack.
Stentorian Whip delivers a powerful attack that inflicts paralysis on multiple enemies.
Joon-Gi Han’s Exclusive Job: Hitman
Skill: Professional Slash
A battle style that utilizes lightning-fast onestrike assassination techniques. A job capable of immobilizing enemies and delivering critical strikes from behind. The Hitman can equip blunt weapons, blades, and firearms.
Professional Slash allows the user to sneak behind an enemy and deal a critical strike.
Tianyou Zhao’s Exclusive Job: Mafia
Skill: Homecooked Dim Sum
A relentless battle style that wields sabres to slash down enemies. The Mafia is a well-balanced job that allows the user to boost their own attack while weakening their opponent.
Homecooked Dim Sum allows the user to restore the health of allies by serving them Chinese delicacies.

Male-Exclusive Job: Samurai
Skill: Wind of Iaido
A battle style that excels in handling swords and bows, specializing in consecutive attacks and area-of-effect attacks.
The Samurai’s sword techniques can cause enemies to bleed, which will increase the amount of damage dealt. It can also use bows
to attack multiple enemies, giving it a range of options to deal with different foes.
With Wind of Iaido, the user swiftly unsheathes their sword and executes high-speed iai cuts on the enemy.
Male-exclusive job: Aquanaut
Skill: Cresting Carver
A battle style that utilizes marine creatures and marine-themed items to confuse opponents. The Aquanaut boasts an array of unique techniques inspired by the sea, allowing the user to blind enemies with squid ink or paralyze them with electric jellyfish. A well-rounded job capable of both offense and healing, making it extremely user-friendly.
Cresting Carver allows the user to inflict damage while mowing down enemies in their path.
Male-exclusive job: Desperado
Skill: Wild Lasso
A battle style that uses dual pistols, dynamite, and rope, and excels in taking out multiple enemies.
The Desperado can learn various status ailment techniques and possesses the wherewithal to take down any target.
Wild Lasso lets the user capture enemies and seal their skills.
Female-exclusive job: Kunoichi
Skill: Shadow Clone Jutsu
The Kunoichi can use Substitution Jutsu to swap turns with allies and use clones to deal tremendous damage. A job that can use its quick agility to trick enemies and employ ninjutsu to completely alter the course of battle.
Shadow Clone Jutsu deals more damage and creates more clones as the user’s Agility increases.
Female-exclusive job: Housekeeper
Skill: Bubble Breach
A battle style that utilizes cleaning techniques to elegantly sweep away enemies.
The Housekeeper specializes in multi-target combat, using mops, vacuum cleaners, and other tools of the trade to attack enemies over a wide area.
Bubble Breach allows the user to swing a wet mop and sweep away a wide range of enemies.
Female-exclusive job: Geodancer
Skill: Kolohe Kick
A battle style that uses mysterious dances to attacks enemies and provide support to allies.
The Geodancer possesses extremely high Magic and can unleash powerful elemental techniques. A well-balanced job that excels in
both bolstering and healing allies.
Kolohe Kick can magically propel enemies away upon contact.
