“Me and the Alien MuuMuu” to Be Adapted into an Anime Series in 2025!

A super-spectacular mix of aliens, home appliances, and cat-themed comedy!

 

The TV anime adaptation of the manga “Me and the Alien MuuMuu” by Hiroki Miyashita, currently serialized in YOUNG KING OURS by SHONEN GAHOSHA, has been confirmed.

The cast has been announced, with the protagonist, Sakurako, voiced by newcomer Momo Harumi, and the alien MuuMuu voiced by Etsuko Kozakura. Further cast and staff information will be released in due course. Stay tuned for more updates!

 

■ Introduction

 

A cat-like alien from a distant galaxy, MuuMuu, arrives on Earth. His goal is to learn about home appliance technology on Earth to recover the technology his species has lost. The protagonist, Sakurako, has a typical university life, but everything changes with MuuMuu’s arrival! What begins as an unexpected cohabitation quickly turns into a whirlwind of chaotic events. The chemistry between Sakurako and MuuMuu leads to a super-spectacular, appliance-filled, and cat comedy adventure.
