■ Battle Mode: A New Mode that can be Enjoyed Online or Locally!
Players control their own Metal Fighter in this mode, with up to four players locally or up to eight online. Compete for victory across three rounds chosen randomly from the following events: Star Snatcher, Survival, Zap Scrap, or Race.
Star Snatcher:
Collect the stars that appear at random across the stage. The player who gathers the most stars win!
Survival:
Deftly dodge oncoming missiles to be the last one standing. The ground will start to collapse as time passes.
Zap Scrap:
Use electric attacks to deal damage to as many enemies as you can. Picking up items will power up your attacks.
Race:
Race across a variety of stages. The first player to reach the finish line wins!
Players can customize their Metal Fighters by repainting them and exchanging their parts. Parts are available at the shop, and more items will be unlocked as you progress through the game’s story mode. You can use medals obtained from the game’s stages to buy custom parts for your Metal Fighter.
Enjoy battles with friends or family while you’re taking a break from the story mode!
