June 21, 2024 – SEGA has revealed that Beat, the main character of the Jet Set Radio series, will appear as a playable character in Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble, which will be coming to Nintendo Switch™ on June 25, 2024. To unlock him, players will need to pick up the SEGA Pass DLC.
The SEGA Pass DLC, available through the Digital Deluxe Edition or as a separate purchase, will feature 6 new playable characters and 15 SEGA-themed Style Items. Each character in the pass can also be purchased separately. Check out the funky new trailer starring Beat!

A perpetually sleepy sheep who’s part of the Gala family. While he’s usually not one for words, he speaks incredibly fast when super focused! He likes reading and scientific discoveries.
Val
A lion who’s the oldest in the Gala family. He greatly cares for the other members, especially Fes and Tee. Secretly fond of cute things and often treats himself to afternoon tea.
